At RIOHS College of Design, a five-time award-winning fashion school, we are passionate about nurturing talent and inspiring young minds to pursue careers in the fashion industry. As part of our commitment to giving back to the community, we are excited to introduce our Fashion Career Pathway Project, designed to provide students with valuable insights into the world of fashion.
The Fashion Career Pathway Project
The Fashion Career Pathway Project is an educational and counseling initiative aimed at inspiring and motivating students to pursue careers in fashion. The project consists of a three-hour seminar/workshop, including a question-and-answer session, where students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the fashion industry. Our goal is to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in this field.
What happened during the workshop
During the seminar/workshop, students had the opportunity to:
- Learn about the various career paths available within the fashion industry
- Gain insights into the skills and knowledge required for success in the fashion industry
- Interact with industry professionals in-house (from RIOHS) and ask questions about their experiences
- Develop a deeper understanding of the fashion industry and its many facets was one of the things they were taken through.
